When making a booking, how soon are you able to see me?

We aim to offer same day service.
Our business hours are from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. 7 days a week.
Should you require a specific time, please make an appointment.

What are your payment methods?

We accept Cash, Cheque and Bank Deposit.
Payments are made upon completion of service, unless with prior approval.

What if my computer needs to be taken off-site?

If your computer is taken off-site, we aim to have it returned within 24 hours.
If there is a delay, we will notify you know as soon as possible.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We need to be notified 3 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

How long will it take to resolve my computer issue?

Generally all issues can be fixed within an hour.
If the issue is more complex to resolve, we will tell you upfront before proceeding with any repairs.

What’s the deal with your “If we can’t fix, You don’t pay” policy?

It’s exactly what it says.
If we can’t resolve any issues or find other alternatives, you won’t be charged.

If my computer needs new hardware or software.
Am I obligated to purchase it through Dans Computer Repairs?

We will advise you of our prices for any hardware or software.
If you decide to buy elsewhere, you will be required to pay the hourly rate for the time we are there.

I want to recover some lost documents on a PC that won’t boot up, can you help?

Depending on the issue, we will advise on the best course of action.
In most circumstances, we can recover most if not all documents and/or data.

I purchased a new PC from Dans Computer Repairs, what kind of warranty is offered?

All warranties are 1-3 Year on-site warranty provided Australia Wide.
Therefore, if you move outside of our local area, you are still covered by our warranty company.
